STITCHA PICTURE™Terms and ConditionsThis web site and the sale of products is governed by these Terms and Conditions. Unless otherwise indicated, the material contained in this site, including all attachments and images, is the copyright of Debbie Brand. No part may be reproduced, used or distributed for any purpose and is strictly prohibited. OrdersWe accept orders by via PayPal, email, fax or over the phone. We reserve the right to accept or reject an order. An Order Number is issued to identify your payment. We will endeavour to process and delivery orders within a few days. Orders will only be shipped once payment has been made. PaymentsCheque payments – Cheques will be required to clear before order is shipped. Direct Funds Transfer – will require approximately 1-2 day clearance depending on financial institution. Make sure the our Order Number is included with your payment to identify it. StockStock is subject to availability. There will be a shipping delay if the item is out of stock. We will advise you if this is the case when placing your order. Internet Specials are provided on quantity purchases. Should the item not be available a product of similar value will be substituted. RefundsRefunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of returns. Refunds will be issued via an electronic deposit or by cheque. Refunds will be made in accordance with our Returns Policy. Returns PolicyOnly products with a significant defect may be returned to us for a refund of the cost of the item(s), this does not include the cost of postage and packaging. Returns will not be accepted for incorrect choice of product. Contact us with Product Code (Black letter and number on bottom right corner of Product sheet), reason for return, for a Return Authorisation Number and postage details in order to return the item. The item(s) must be returned to us within 21 days in its original condition complete with all packaging, including faulty items. Items should also be suitably packaged for return. If the item is damaged as a result of the return shipment it will not be refunded. Return of these items to the customer will be at the customers cost. Returns will not be accepted after 21 days. All items are inspected before dispatched. We will not refund items that have been tampered with, or that have been used. We suggest that you return items via Registered Mail, as we cannot be responsible for lost parcels. Artwork on PrintsSome artwork may differ slightly from those shown on the website. Privacy PolicyNo personal information is gathered on this site. Any information gathered by email is for the purpose of sale and delivery of item. No information will not be made available to third parties. Information and ProductsInformation on this website changes from time to time. Prices can change without any notice given. Products may change from time to time. DeliveryDelivery is by Australia Post or collection by arrangement. GSTNo GST is applicable Limitation of LiabilityWe are not liable to customers for any damages and/or injuries arising out of use of the STITCHA PICTURE™ product. The customer should exercise due care when working with the product with respect to the warning below. WarningMost of the STITCHA PICTURE™ Products contain sharp needles, small beads and a plastic bag. It is not suitable for small children. We accept no responsibility for the suitability of this product to the customer’s needs. Young Children should be supervised.
